The Metadata Submission Form is provided for ELOKA data contributors for the purpose of describing their data submissions. If you are an ELOKA contributor, please contact Chris McNeave to obtain the authentication code. The authentication code will allow you to create a project account, access the Metadata Submission Form and enter your metadata.
